The bucket test passed. The two head area flowed 31 gallons and the single head area flowed 22 gallons. I gave the ok to cover the piping with the condition that as-built plans and hydraulic calculations are re-submitted to the city. This is due to the interconnecting piping to and between the four manifolds, as installed, does not match the city approved plans.

The updated plans were not on site but Sam Rogers and I went ahead and conducted the single and the double head flow verifications. The single head test passed in both the single head remote area and when just a single head was flowed in the two head area. But when the two head test was performed not enought water was put out. Infact not enough water was available when measured right at the pump. No rough-in inspection of the piping has been performed yet.

The plans have not been resubmitted showing the additional piping and the tenting was not complete. No inspection was performed though I did stop at the job site.

The single head test barely made the 18gpm requirement and the 26.6gpm requirement for the two heads failed. The plans will have to be resubmitted if changes are made that effect piping or hydraulic calculations. Also the piping had not been tented yet.
