Revised FIR Work Scope: Revision (A) Dated 08/13/08 - The Fire Sprinkler will be adding a new 3” Wilkins back flow preventer devise to the existing riser. New calculations have been provided. A total of 14 heads flowing in the remote area were affected. FIR Work Scope: The Fire Sprinkler scope consists of adding and relocating 67 heads on the 1st and 2nd levels to accommodate a new wall lay out. Calculations were submitted as the modification did appear to affect the remote area of operation. The existing FDC and Wall PI valve are also being modified. The modification consist of relocating them both to a new out side wall. The new location is relatively the same as it was originally installed. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD07-02372.
