10/10/08 Plan Review:
These plans were resubmitted with corrected node points for review. Each of the 4 hydraulically most demanding remote area calculation summaries were also submitted for review in order to verify the modifications made in the field during construction did not adversely affect the system as it was originally designed. Those revisions were noted as Rev 1, 2 & 3 with a revision date of 09/12/08.
FIR OH Scope:
Beginning from an existing 6” supply located with in the riser room at the NW corner of the building; install a 3” wet riser to serve through out the entire structure over the first and second floors including the exterior balconies. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD08-00234 & UG permit FIR08-00290.

See the city approved plans for the deficiencies that have been corrected on the first and second floors. I pointed out to Charles that the FDC is possibly located too close to the roof rain gutter and side of the building.

See the city approved plans for the locations of the defieciencies. Only the rooms on the first floor that do not have red correction marks in them can be covered. No rooms on the second floor can be covered. As-builts need to be provided prior to a final inspection which show all of the changes as marked on the city approved plans.
