Modified FIR OH Work Scope: 10/28/08
The fire sprinkler scope consists of modifying the existing wet pipe system on the first and second floors by adding heads where required and changing out other non listed heads with the correct application. Plans and supporting calculations have been submitted. The existing riser will not be affected within this scope of work.

The fire sprinkler scope consists of modifying the existing wet pipe system by adding heads where required by code to meet spacing requirements.
The fire sprinkler system alterations / work shall comply with the IFC 2006 & NFPA 13, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD08-01775.
