Revised FIR Work Scope: These plans were resubmitted due to plan modifications as a result of the original plan review comments. The revision has been noted as Rev 1 and dated 09/12/08.
FIR Work Scope: Beginning from a new 6” UG supply located in the riser room at the South East corner of the bldg. install a 3” riser with and wet system to provide shell protection through out the entire 3 story structure. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2006, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD07-03134.

Per Brian Johnson the remote area #4 will not work with the two additional elbows that have been added. He is to work out a solution and meet with Tim Frost and get an approval on the solution.

The forward flow test passed inspection. The forward flow/FDC assembley did not pass inspection and needs to be installed as per the drawings. Two 3" 90's have been installed at the base of the riser. It appears per the drawings that a very slim safety factor was acheived on remoted area #4. I need verification that the 5% requirement is still satisfied. Ceiling tile needs to be removed where additional hangers were required for the pendant heads. The third floor roof access room needs a ceiling and a pendant, walls to the deck or upright protection needs to be provided throughout the third floor attic space.
