This fire alarm permit is to add a NAC expander card to the existing NAC extender panel located in the 3rd floor Electrical room 308. Permit scope includes re-circuiting existing notification circuits to accommodate a tenant remodel. No initiating devices are part of this permit scope.

To perform select interior demolition; rearrange interior non-combustible wall layout and fixture's while maintaining exit system for other occupants of the floor; maintain existing fire rating for type 1A construction, sprinkler system, alarm system and upgrade electrical, mechanical and plumbing all per reviewed plans to include red-lined notes on plans and all attached plan review comments & conditions of all reviewing agencies. drs
