Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consist of a new fire protection system for a new building, including, a wet system for the below portion and a dry system for the attic. Chinden and Five Mile Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints - To construct a new 16,400 square foot, one story wood framed church building and related site improvements. This building will contain a chapel, cultural hall, warming kitchen, classrooms and office areas. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for area increase. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM

Both of the above ground hydro tests failed. The wet system had visable leakage on the mezzanine. The FDC was not part of the hydro test and wil need to be included as per NFPA 13. The corrections noted on the previous inspection have been corrected and the remaining piping can be covered.

Seven upright heads need to be added as marked on the city approved plans. One piece of sprinkler piping on the plans has no designation and 4" piping has been installed where 3" is shown on the plans. Sprinkler piping can be covered except where these problems are located.
