The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consist of adding heads into a new cooler and adding heads in new office space.

(BOAR'S HEAD WAREHOUSE) Permit to upgrade an existing warehouse. Space will be used for storage and office uses. This use is defined as S-1/B occupancy. Work to include: installation of new handrails and guard rails on stair to mezzanine, install new guard alongside mezzanine edge, construction of new concrete landing and steps, installation of new guardrails and handrails in association with new concrete landing and steps, and new electrical as shown on plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**

Provide a hydro test for the new portion of the sprinkler system since it includes 22 sprinkler heads and can be isolated. Provide as-builts showing the piping changes and the additional pendants in the remote area. Replace the flat face(hex)bushings and provide on piece reducing fittings. Provide access to the inside of the coolers to verify storage heights and sprinkler obstructions. Provide verification of the annual inspection on the sprinkler system.
