Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of dropping sprinklers below a new ceiling with arm overs.

(ECCO) Remodel to a portion of the existing 40,335 square foot first floor and a first time tenant improvement to the 9,230 square foot second floor. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Work to the first floor to include: Adding new elevator, elevator equipment room constructed of 8" concrete smooth surface block on the exterior of the building , new Concore 2500 Access floor panel system in the server room, extending the existing server room walls to the underside of the second floor, construction of new walls for a lab area with a new door/tempered window, construction of new walls for a break room, and other misc. work per the plans. Work to the second floor to include: Construction of new walls for a new conference room, offices, mail room, smaller conference room, corridor with a breakroom/coffee station, one men's restroom, one women's restroom, one unisex restroom, and second floor framing construction for new HVAC and janitor/storage rooms. Second floor misc. work to include: New glass handrail, relocating a ducting chase, modifying the vestibule ceiling, slopeing gypcrete flooring down to plywood floor landings at both stairs, and adding office cubicels. All work per approved plans, Engineering, attached Plan review report, and CZC08-00167. **SRZ**
