The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding a new preaction system for the data room.

Work to the second floor to include: Construction of new walls for a new conference room, offices, mail room, smaller conference room, corridor with a breakroom/coffee station, one men's restroom, one women's restroom, one unisex restroom, and second floor framing construction for new HVAC and janitor/storage rooms. Second floor misc. work to include: New glass handrail, relocating a ducting chase, modifying the vestibule ceiling, sloping gypcrete flooring down to plywood floor landings at both stairs, and adding office cubicles.
