This quick permit scope is to relocate 3 exisitng manual pull stations and remount 2 indicating lights for existing duct detectors due to demolitions during a remodel. No notification or any new devices are part of this permit scope. NOTE TO INSPECTOR: It has been discussed that the pull station on the south door needs to be mounted further than the normally allowed 5' from the door. Per the contractor this is due to the addition of glass where the original pull station was located. Location on the nearest wall closest to the door is approved in this case, provided it still complies with mounting height requirements of the current code. No other written coments. Associated building permit: BLD08-02385 (**VANILLA FINISH** - Emerald Park Building 1 - Suite #140) Permit to remodel an existing 7,738 square foot office space. Space will be used for offices and accessory uses. This use is defined as a B occupancy. Work to include: demolition of interior nonbearing walls, construction of interior non-bearing walls to enclose a conference room and a utility room, installation of new doors and hardware as indicated on plans, installation of a new hi/low drinking fountain, installation of a new mop sink, installation of new electrical, and installation of interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**

Per the mechanical contractor the damper motors are burned out and will need replaced. The inspection will be called in for next week.
