The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Boise Internal Medicine - Idaho Elks Rehab Tenant improvements to an existing 3rd floor tenant space work to include the removal of most of the interior non-bearing partition walls and the construction of new exam rooms, reception area, ADA compliant unisex bathroom, treatment area and new offices. The existing entry will also be reconfigured and reconstructed to maintain the one hour corridor. All work to be done per the approved plans. This is a fully sprinklered building, any alteration to the existing sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA#13 as regulated by The City of Boise Fire Department.
