Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding new sprinklers, relocating and removing existing sprinklers to accommodate new wall configurations. All existing sprinklers will be replaces with quick response sprinklers. There is to be no ceiling through out the space. Sprinklers have been spaced around the HVAC to avoid obstruction issues. The existing system is a grid. One new branch line is being added and connected to an existing branch line.

(COMEDY CLUB TI) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To remodel a 5,016 square foot restaurant tenant space on the 2nd floor of the "Mode Building" for a new tenant. This space was formerly occupied by "Noodles Restaurant" and by "Dublin Up Irish Pub & Eatery". Work is to include: guardrails to the exterior of the SE sliding glass windows, interior nonbearing walls, floor coverings, a bar, a walk in cooler (stick framed with fiberglass insulation), new lighting, installation of operable partition wall, installation of interior finishes in accordance w/ Ch. 8 of the 2006 IBC, and furniture all per approved drawings, engineering, and plan review report on file. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. This tenant will not be serving food.**TLW**
