This fire alarm permit is to provide a non-required manual fire alarm system in an existing building. The system will provide a pull station, notification, and sprinkler system monitoring.

Associated building permit: BLD08-02302 (SAMMY'S) Permit to convert an existing printing shop ("B") to a new youth lounge ("A-2"). Space will be used for assembly purposes. This use is defined as an A-2 occupancy.
