The alarm interconnections need to be tested. The forward flush of the backflow needs to be performed. The backflow as installed does not match the riser detail on the city approved drawings. Contact the plan reviewer to verify if the new backflow will be adequated to remain. Contractor still needed to install a sidewall sprinkler head.

The piping above the mezzanine can be covered. The insulation is not completely installed and will require another inspection. I found where the AP upright sprinkler heads are not within their listed distance from the deck, 1"-3", as per the data sheet. Also the AP heads need to be within 5'-0" of the exterior walls as per the detail provided on the city approved plans. The insulation is blocking the spray of the upright heads beneath the mezzanine as well.

See the city approved plans for the piping locations above the hard lid ceilings that are ok to cover. Per discussion with Leroy and Christina the remaining rough-in inspection will be called in next week when the earthquake bracing, wire branchline restraints and insulation at the deck have been installed.
