This fire alarm permit is to provide a new manual fire alarm system in a new school building. This permit scope includes a pull station, notification, monitoring the sprinkler system, and HVAC shutdown. In addition, the new FACP is to monitor alarm, trouble, and supervisory signals for existing fire alarm panels in the other buildings.

Associated building permit: BLD08-02600 Riverstone International Lower School - ESC08-01050 under the grading permit--To construct a new 24,300 square foot, one story elementary school building. This building will be constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls and wood framed construction. This permit will also include related site improvements.
