The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of one new wet pipe system to protect a new school. The building has composite wood joist. There are sprinklers above and below the ceiling. There is to be no unprotected combustible concealed space therefore a minimum hydraulic most remote area of 3000 sf is not required. The classroom wings do not have a ceiling and are constructed of steel bar joist with wood top and bottom chords. Piping 1 ¼" and larger to be DynaFlow or Sch 10, 1" to be SCH 40.

Riverstone International Lower School - ESC08-01050 under the grading permit--To construct a new 24,300 square foot, one story elementary school building. This building will be constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls and wood framed construction. This permit will also include related site improvements.
