The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating and adding sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configurations. This area is located on the north half of the fourth floor, of a six floor building. The existing system is a 2"x1½"x1¼" grid. The building has an existing 250 gpm @ 60 psi fire pump.

Work includes construction of interior non-combustible, non-rated walls to create five enclosed offices, open office space, reception area, a break room, 280 square foot conference room, and a storage room, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler & alarm systems installation; suspended ceiling grid system, cabinetry / millwork & interior finishes.
