This fire alarm permit is to provide sprinkler monitoring for the dispatch and maintenance out building. Also included are NAC panels for voluntary notification as well as pull stations. Devices to be added to the existing fire alarm panel located in the main building.

Associated building permit: BLD09-00168 Dispatch and Maintenance Building - To construct a new 12,395 square foot, one story with 960 square foot storage mezzanine, pre-engineered metal office and maintenance building and related site improvements. This building contains an 8,265 square foot vehicle repair bay and storage areas and a 4,130 square foot dispatch office area. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. NOTE TO INSPECTOR: The out-building addressable devices must have the building name in the point description. This is to ensure the quickest response for the fire department in the event of an alarm at the site since all of the buildings will list as the same address. This has been confirmed via a phone conversation with Mike at Alarmco on 6/23/09.
