The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating and adding sprinklers to accommodate new ceiling and wall configurations.
(MARRIOTT - Lobby Renovation) Permit is to remodel an existing hotel lobby for new furnishing, media equipment, expanded coffee bar, modified general manager's office, and new market area. Approval per approved plans on file and CZC09-00016. Work to include: demolition of existing interior non-bearing walls, construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create a market area and a newly defined general managers office, installation of new lighting, new pluming associated with coffee bar, relocating ducts and diffusers, new doors and hardware, new accessible sales and service counter, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. New C of O is for Lobby and scope of work shown on these plans only. This is not a C of O for the entire building. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
