Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of connecting to untied water 8" stub in at the property line and installing approximately 100' of 6" C-900 PVC and 6" Ames IBR. This will supply the new overhead sprinkler system that will be submitted at a later date under a separate. Permit.

Priest Retirement Home - To construct a new 16,377 square feet, one story, eight unit, apartment building with common areas and attached garages for retiring Catholic Priests. Each unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a 55 square feet patio. Each unit has a separate means of egress and also share a common path of egress into and through a 1/2-hour exit corridor with 20 minute fire-resistive, listed, labeled, self-closing door assemblies from the dwelling units into the corridor. All eight units are required to comply as Type 'B' accessible dwelling units. All construction shall be per the approved plans, engineering, and attached plan review report. NOTE: This building is required to be fully fire sprinklered per NFPA 13. CUP07-00171 **SRZ**
