The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating sprinklers to accommodate a new ceiling and wall configuration. The existing system is a 2 ½"x2"x1 ¼" grid. In addition, a new double interlock preaction system will be installed to protect a computer room. Two branch lines are being rerouted around the new computer room.

Existing lay-in ceiling to remain where possible, new interior finishes where required with minor exterior storefront work per approved plans. Work to include: construction of interior partitions creating; individual office areas, open office area, small conference rooms, computer room, board room, training room, storage area, break room, and reception areas. Installation of a suspended ceiling system, installation of new HVAC unit, miscellaneous related interior finishes, fire sprinkler work, new mechanical, new plumbing, and new electrical work. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved.
