Relocate and add sprinklers to accomodate new wall and ceiling configuration.
(Sprint Tenant Improvement) - To relocate the existing back storage and Information technology rooms from the South side of the property to the West side, requiring partial demolition through the existing adjacent North/South hallway and retail space. Access to the East/West hallway will be closed off to allow more leasable square footage to the future tenant. The existing mechanical units and roof drains will also be relocated in preparation for the future demolition of the existing theatre. Work to include: Demolition of some existing walls, doors, existing roof hatch and ladder. Construct new interior wood stud, sheetrock non bearing walls for the relocated storage and I.T. rooms, infill and patch wall openings to match existing, install relocated roof hatch, add new ladder, relocate existing storage rack system, relocate existing office furniture, cabinetry, safe, electrical box, shelving, and all other work per the approved plans. Existing theatre wall demolition is not part of this permit and will be completed at a later date with a separate permit. ALL OF THE FIRE-RESISTIVE CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE MAINTAINED OR REPAIRED TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH CODE THAT ABUT THIS TENANT SPACE AS A CONDITION OF THIS PERMIT. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department. **SRZ**

Too many heads have been supplied from a single 1" outlet without verification of meeting all requirements of the use of Room Design method. Don and I discussed this topic extensively and he is going to follow up on wall ratings or provide separate supplies. Also insulation in hanging down from the deck blocking sprinkler coverage.
