The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of changing all sprinklers to quick response type making any modifications to the existing system that are required to bring the system up to current code standards. Relocating and adding sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling constructions.

To remodel the interior of an existing 30,059 square foot building for the current tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. In conjunction with the tenant improvement work under this permit, the fire sprinkler system is required to be upgraded to comply with current standards, including quick-response sprinklers, in order to avoid enclosed 1-hr fire-resistance-rated corridors.
