Description |
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. All sprinklers will be changed to quick response.
(KEY BUSINESS CENTER)(KEY BANK BLDG 11TH FLR) To remodel the existing 7,700 sq. ft. 11th floor office tenant space in existing high-rise building per approved plans. Work to include minor demolition of some existing walls, doors, portions of ceiling, and selective lights. Addition of new gypsum wallboard soffit; reconfigure some lighting fixtures; new exit signage; and new walls to create: new entry, reception area, waiting area, conference room, boardroom, break area (with coffee bar, microwave and sink), and perimeter offices to receive new finishes. The elevator lobby shall maintain a one-hour rating and all wall construction shall be of noncombustible materials. This building is fully fire sprinkled because it is a high-rise, ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM and or ALARM SYSTEM, WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. The elevator vestibule, restrooms, corridors leading to stairways, stairway shafts, elevator shafts, and mechanical shafts are NOT included in this permit. **SRZ**
