Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create six new offices, one med closet, a reception area, and to define one additional tenant space], installation of new lighting, remove an existing sink, relocating ducts and diffusers, new doors and hardware, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
