Fire Work Scope:

The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating seven sprinklers to accommodate new ceiling and wall configurations.

Plan Modification Scope:

Add and relocate sprinklers due to field inspection comments. All areas are ballooned. Only the ballooned areas were reviewed.

(PEAK BROADCASTING - Morrison Foundation Building - STE# 100) Permit is to combine the two first floor tenants into a 9,765 square foot whole floor tenant and remove the interior unenclosed stair to isolate the second floor into two tenant spaces (suite 201 / 8,647 square feet and suite 200 / 1,362 square feet). Approval per approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create five offices, one storage room, a receptionist area, and a work room], demo existing unenclosed stairwell and infill with original const., relocating existing lighting, relocate existing ducts and diffusers, new doors and hardware, new accessible sales and service counter, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. *TLW**
