The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of fire protection for a new home. There is one level with a finished basement. The system has been designed per NFPA 13D. There is a 1 ½" underground supply through a meter and backflow preventer. Sprinklers have been designed for a 18'x18'' spacing.

Permit for the construction of a new 6589 sq. ft. one story single family dwelling with a basement wth the basement being 2147 sq. ft. with one bedroom and one bathroom and the first story consisting of 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. All work to be done per the approve plans, plan review report, attached engineering and any notations. Fire sprinklers are required in this dwelling. A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
