This quick permit is to remove a duct detector from a burned-out unit. A separate permit shall be required to replace the duct detector should the 'burned-out' unit be repaired or replaced. Work to include construction of new interior non-bearing wall to create two scrapbooking work rooms, a storage area and modify corridor at electrical room; upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm system to meet tenant needs and comply with adopted codes and ordinances; interior finishes and millwork. A portion of the new service counter is to be accessible. This permit being done in conjunction with a "VANILLA" permit, BLD09-01839 and will be attached to the same set of plans. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The building exists as over allowable area. There is an alternate approval on file concerning breaking the building up into two separate fire areas and an Upgrade Agreement on file concerning fixing some sagging insulation and the paper backing on the insulation over a three year period.
