The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of various areas listed below:
- Receiving Area East & West - Ordinary Hazard Group II (Storage not to exceed 12' high, 130 sf see NFPA 13: 5-3.2)
- Dock - Ordinary Hazard Group II (Storage not to exceed 12' high, 130 sf see NFPA 13: 5-3.2)
- Dry Storage - High Piled, Solid Piled of Plastic and Rubber Commodity (Storage not to exceed 20' high, 100 sf, CMSA utilized see Sprinkler Specification) Future single and double row racks of Class I-IV commodities.
- Cooler #3 - High Piled, Class III Commodity Non-Encapsulate (Storage not to exceed 18' high 100 sf see NFPA 13: 14.2.4)
- Vat Room, Cultured Production, Cultured Packaging, Starter Room - Ordinary Hazard Group I (Storage not to exceed 8' high, 130 sf)
- Restrooms, Light Hazard
There is a wet system with an antifreeze loop, and a dry system.

Darigold - Tenant Improvement - This tenant improvement is to finish an approximate 22,000 sq. ft. area on the east end of the building, including Cooler Area #3, Cultured Packaging #107, Cultured Production #109, VAT Room #110 and Dry Storage #108. This permit also includes finishing two new restrooms #101 and #102, two 100 sq. ft. offices #103 & #104, CIP #105 and Storage #105A. Storage Room #105A is a control area constructed of one-hour fire-resistive construction. There are four control areas within the building. The remainder of the tenant improvement will be done under a separate permit. NOTE: THE H-3/H-4 OCCUPANCY STORATE AREAS ARE TO BE LOCATED AND CONSTRUCTED PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY OF THE PORTION OF THE BUILDING BEING FINISHED UNDER THIS PERMIT. Completed overhead inspections at all new areas including the dry storage, east and west recieving, cooler #3, vat room, cultured packaging and production and dock. CIP room is not finished at this time, discussed hydrostatic testing schedule, noted a fire alarm permit to include new riser and antifreeze loop monitor points will be necessary. Red lined correction items on stamped plan set (seismic bracing, pend. outlet on dry system, etc.) including field modifications to be indicated on record drawings for relocated main, FDC, new SW heads. Riser needs tagged and head boxes mounted, RP and DCVA tested while on site.
