The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinkles to accommodate new wall and ceiling configurations for a tenant improvement. The existing system is design for light hazard utilizing a 3"x2 ½"x1 ¼" Grid. The construction is reported to have steel beams with a concrete floor therefore above protection is not required.

This Office tenant space has a total of 2712 square feet and will consist of open office area, a reception area, and two entry/exit points with work to include: remove door frame and portions of walls for new doors, relocate existing fire extinguisher cabinet, construction of interior office walls, installation of acoustical suspended ceiling, HVAC/mechanical work, electrical work, and misc. interior finish work. The core areas of this floor were finished under the shell and core permit (BLD06-01621). Sprinklers were used for height and story increase. This building is fully sprinklered. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department. **SRZ**
