Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create 8 tanning rooms, a fully accessible bathroom, a wash room, and an electrical room], installation of 10 new doors, installation of accessible hardware, installation of new accessible counter, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
