To expand an existing tenant space located on the 1st story of an existing building into an adjacent area. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a total floor area of about 2,741 square feet. Work is to include an interior ramp, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, gypsum board soffits, interior windows, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. The restrooms are existing and shall be maintained accessible to the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
