The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of providing fire protection for a remodeled loading dock. The new sprinklers will be connected to the existing riser through an antifreeze loop. The loop has a RP backflow preventer.

(LOADING DOCK ENCLOSURE, B & D FOODS) Scope of work to enclose an existing 730 sq. ft. loading dock. Work includes installation of new TS columns; adding 386 sq. ft. of new steel roof structure and metal roof covering and non-bearing frame enclosing walls between new & existing columns with exterior metal skin; addition of two 8' x 8' overhead doors and one 3' x 7' man door; modify interior lighting; upgrade electrical and extend sprinkler system into enclosed area in compliance with NFPA 13.
