Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing system appears to be a 3"x3"x1ΒΌ" Grid. The sprinklers are spaced at a maximum of 120 sf.

(BUCKLE - BOISE TOWNE SQUARE - SPACE 1089) To remodel an existing 4,829 square foot retail tenant space for a new retail tenant. Work to include: [installation of interior non-bearing partition walls to create, a stockroom, a sales area, 8 fitting rooms, separate sex accessible restrooms, an office, and an exiting hallway], installation of new flooring throughout, construction of a new storefront system, installation of suspended ceiling system per CISCA 0-2, installation of suspended gypsum board ceiling, new lighting, new ducts and diffusers, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. The design, testing and utilization of industrial steel storage racks shall be in accordance with the RMI Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks. All hard lid areas are ok to cover. Additional sprinkler pendants are required to be installed, as per plan, in both window areas on both sides of the main entry. One side is a ceiling pocket that does not meet all of the requirements of NFPA 13 - 8.6.7 and the other side has blockage caused by a wall.
