The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of two systems, one dry loop protecting the dock and one wet tree system protection the office/sales area. The systems are supplied by approximately 160'± of 6" C-900 underground piping through a 4" backflow preventer and header. The dry system is designed to use galvanized piping.

Old Dominion Freight Lines - To construct a new 20,075 square foot, one story office and warehouse building and related site improvements. This building will be constructed on tilt-up concrete exterior walls and a pre-engineered metal building interior and roof structure. The warehouse will have a ten foot metal overhang over the loading dock areas. This building will be fully fire sprinkled. Office 3,700 square feet; Warehouse 16,375 square feet. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
