The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of renovating three tenant spaces at the Boise town square mall. Space #1081 that is 1262 sf will be created. The space is not rented at this time. All branch lines in the space will be raised to have centerline distances of 14'-6". Sprinklers will be sprigged up to within 12" of the deck on a temporary basis for shell protection until the space is rented.

Space #1087 that is 2081 sf will be created. The fire protection piping is to remain as is. The sprinklers will be sprigged up to within 12" of the deck for temporary shell protection. In addition, a new egress hallway will be created adjoining this space. The existing hose outlet will be relocated to the south end of the corridor.

Space #1083 that is 5553 sf will be used by Apple. All piping is to be raised to 14'-6" centerline. The sprinkler will be sprigged up to have the deflectors within 12" of the deck or 1" below the bottom of the beams for temporary shell protection.

(BOISE TOWN SQUARE (STE# 181, 183, & 187 - INTERIOR DEMO) ****NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT**** This permit is to perform demo work only. Scope of work includes removal of non-bearing interior partition walls, removal of existing plumbing, removal of interior finishes, removal of all existing outlets and wiring back to the box or properly terminated above ceiling line, and removal of some existing light fixtures. NOTE: The smoke evacuation system and the existing fire sprinkler system shall remain operational as originally installed throughout the demolition process. ****NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT****
