Fire Work Scope:

The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate a new tenant improvement. The existing system was pipe schedule. The system has been calculated to provide Ordinary Hazard Group II.

Plan Mod Work Scope:
The spacing has been changed from 120 Sqft to 130 Sqft. The pipe sizes were changed to reflect existing conditions. The number of sprinklers per line was change to reflect the actually installation. New hydraulics were provided to substantiate the new spacing, number of sprinklers per line and pipe sizes.

(HONK'S $1 - Hillcrest Shopping Plaza) PLAN MODIFICATION 3-31-10 - Modification submitted to expand Honk's into another adjacent space. This modification will: increase the occupant load by 67 occupants (previous occupant load for M was 221 new is 288 occupants), increase the square footage by 1,628 square (previous square footage was 8,475 new is 10,103 square feet. **TLW** Permit is to remodel an existing 8,475 square foot tenant space to accommodate a new tenants needs. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: demolition of interior non-bearing walls, [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a 6,608 square foot sales floor, a stock room, and an office], installation of new accessible hi/low drinking fountain, installation of new exit lighting, installation of new doors and accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit be submitted and approved before installation. **TLW**
