The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating and removing sprinklers for a tenant improvement. The existing system is a tree type system.

(Boise Endodontics) Suite 240 - To remodel an existing 2,368 square foot tenant space for a new tenant on the 2nd floor of this existing building. Work to include: selective demolition of interior nonbearing walls; construction of new partition walls to create new offices, waiting room, reception area, restrooms, break room, utility room, storage room, and operatory rooms; install new doors, cabinetry; interior finishes per chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; new plumbing; relocation of existing HVAC diffusers; new power outlets and new lighting. This building was fire sprinklered for building area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. No work is planned to effect building common areas or walls. No medical gas is proposed for this space. **SRZ**

The wood bracing has been covered with dry wall. The items have been corrected. The sprinkler piping can be covered.

There are two locations where there are two sprinkler pendants piped from the same 1" outlet which is not allowed. One pendant was missed being plunged and another exceeds 9' off of the single wall allowed. Also there are four rooms where wood framing/beams have been installed above the ceilings which can be covered with dry wall or replaced with fire treated wood. I discussed this with Don and Matt. Ceiling tile can be installed everywhere except these four rooms.
