Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a new residential sprinkler per modified NFPA 13D. In addition, to the NFPA 13D requirements one row of sidewall sprinklers separating the garage and the living space is to be provided, all corridors, closets and bathrooms are to be sprinklered. A dedicated 1½" poly pipe without a meter will supply the sprinkler system. The system will utilize CPVC piping. The pendent sprinklers are based upon a spacing of 18'x18'. The sidewall sprinklers are based on a spacing of 14'x14'.

The structure is a 3742 Sqft. one story single family dwelling with a basement (basement 1153 Sqft., first story 2648 Sqft.) with 448 Sqft of covered patio, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a 1067 Sqft. attached garage per the approved plans, plan review report, attached engineering and any notations. R-1A/DA zoning and setbacks per planning. CDM A modified 13D fire sprinkler system is required; see plan review notes for further details. SLR

There is a pendant head located in a basement closet that has been installed under 4" from a wall. I contacted Tim about the garage door in the basement storage room that is obstructing a single pendant head. Tim stated that he was alright with it.
