Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating and adding sprinkler to a tenant improvement. The sprinklers are based on 120 Sqft spacing. The existing system is a 3"x3"x1ΒΌ" grid. Storage shall be limited to 12' per NFPA 13: 5.3.2. There shall be a minimum of the 18" clearance between the sprinkler deflector and the top of storage per NFPA: 13 8.5.6.1

(CRAZY 8 - BOISE TOWNE SQUARE - SPACE 2180) To remodel an existing 2,305 square feet retail tenant space for a new retail tenant. Work to include: [installation of interior non-bearing partition walls to create, a stockroom, a sales area, and an exiting hallway], installation of new flooring throughout, construction of a new storefront system, installation of suspended ceiling system per CISCA 0-2, new lighting, new ducts and diffusers, and interior finishes in compliance with ch. 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. The design, testing and utilization of industrial steel storage racks shall be in accordance with the RMI Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks.**TLW**
