Description |
The Fire Protection Scope of work consists of reworking 2 existing FM 200 systems. There are two sub systems in the backbone room and one system is in the switch room. The existing bottles are being reused and relocated. The detection/releasing system is existing.
(PAETEC T.I.) Permit is to remodel an existing 20,114 square foot office warehouse tenant to split space in to two smaller spaces. This space will be 11,697 square feet and the remainder will be 8,417 square feet (NOTE: the adjacent tenant space created in this permit does not meet code and will be required a new T.I. permit in order to be occupied). Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing wall to create a telephone switch room and to isolate from other tenant space, installation of new platform lift, installation of new doors and associated hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is partially protected with an alternative fire suppression system. Any alterations or modifications to this system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT as regulated by the fire department. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit be submitted and approved before installation. **TLW/SJA**
