The sprinkler piping in the master bedroom can be covered. I discussed with Richard the requirement for me to verify underground supply piping bury depth and flushing prior to cover.

The fire sprinkler piping is ok to cover except in the southwest/master bedroom, there are tenting issues here. I went over possible sprinkler pendant obstruction issues with the builder.

No responce from the phone contact 30 min. prior to arriving on site. Once on site I met the builder but no city approved plans were on site for the inspection. The builder was already starting to cover the un-inspected fire sprinkler piping so I stopped that and request that the installed sheet rock be removed. I also pointed out tenting and insulation that was not installed correctly.
