This plan modification is to implement previous review comments and redlines and to indicate actual installation.

7/9/10:
This fire alarm permit is to provide notification to accommodate a tenant improvement. The new devices shall be connected to the existing NAC booster panel #2 located on the second floor.

Associated building permit: BLD10-01350 (ZARIAN & MIDGLEY - University Plaza - STE#240) Permit to expand and existing 5,470 square foot tenant space (STE#250) into the adjoining 3,473 square foot tenant space (STE#220). Space will be used for Offices and accessory uses. This use is defined as a B occupancy. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two new offices and to create additional open office area], new accessible hardware as needed, new doors, relocating lighting (no new wattage added), relocate ducts and diffusers, and installation of interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
