Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of changing an existing light hazard area into an ordinary group II area. Extended coverage sprinklers (14'x14') are being utilized. The existing system is a 3"x2"x1ΒΌ" grid with 6" and 4" underground a 3" backflow preventer and 3" riser. The system riser and backflow preventer will be changed to 4".

(WINCO FOODS - Offices) Permit is to remodel an existing 73,030 square foot office building in three separate areas as defined by submitted plans. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create 16 new offices, a copy room, and a conference room less than 400 square feet], [demo two offices, a bathroom, and a janitors closet], installation of new doors and hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit be submitted and approved before installation. **TLW**
