Description |
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of providing a new system for the east portion (east of column line F) of the building. The building was sprinklered with above protection in 11-06 as shell and core. The work under this permit is for the pendent sprinklers in the new ceiling. A new 3" wet riser is being cut into the existing 6" header. The existing header is supplied from 6" underground and 6" backflow preventer. All new sprinklers are to be quick response.
(Fidelity Investments) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 4,150 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include two new accessible restrooms, construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls, Suspended ceiling, new vestibule, HVAC ducting, fire sprinkler, electrical and all related interior finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. This is a fully sprinklered building; any alterations to the existing sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the City of Boise fire department.
