8/27/10 PLAN MODIFICATION
This plan modification is to replace the originally submitted horn/strobes with Wheelock devices and the addition of a second waterflow monitoring zone. In addition, zones have been changed for the duct detectors (all are now on Zone #6 rather than split into two zones as previously submitted), and a candela has been increased and a synchronization module has been provided. The flow switches are in the riser room shown on the key plan.

This fire alarm permit is to provide notification devices, manual pull stations, non-required (customer requested) smoke detection, and HVAC monitoring due to a tenant remodel.

Associated building permit: BLD10-01246 (Fidelity Investments) Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 4,150 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include two new accessible restrooms, construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls, Suspended ceiling, new vestibule, HVAC ducting, fire sprinkler, electrical and all related interior finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. This is a fully sprinklered building; any alterations to the existing sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the City of Boise fire department.
