Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a voluntary residential 13D sprinkler system. The extended coverage sprinklers are based on 20'x20' spacing. The piping will be installed tented in the attic. The system is supplied by well pump capable of supplying 40 Gpm @ 60 Psi for in the excess of 7 minutes required by NFPA 13D

Permit for a addition of 1,809 sq. ft. to an existing single family dwelling with work to include: excavation, concrete, grading, framing and all related interior and exterior finishes. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All work to be done per the approved plans. A-1 zoning and setbacks per planning.

The testing of the bell passed. We are now waiting on a letter from the pump provider verifying that the correct gpm and psi has been provided. The letter will be sent to Tim Frost for verification prior to setting up another final inspection.

Sprinkler piping is ok to cover. Per Lonnie and I's conversation, 8" lintels will be installed at the shower/soffit to avoid instlling sprinkler pendants in the showers.
