After the expansion, this tenant space will have a total floor area of about 4,212 square feet and will be used as an exercise gym. Work is to include two toilet/shower rooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, gypsum board ceiling over the toilet/shower rooms, new ceiling tiles in the existing suspended ceiling grid, panic door hardware, wall furring over an existing metal exterior door, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
