8-17-11 PLAN MODIFICATION (13 initiating devices affected): This plan modification is to include the addition to the Arts and Sciences building (BLD11-00669 Riverstone International High School - Addition and Remodel - To construct a 1,010 square foot, one story, wood framed classroom addition on the northwest side of an existing 5,000 square foot school building; and to construct a 1,080 square foot roof covered walkway along the entire south side of the building. 7-23-10:Lower Building (address 5521): This fire alarm permit is to replace the existing fire alarm panel with a new one that has networking capabilities to allow for future growth. This permit scope of work also includes the two modular buildings located to the south of the main school building. Devices included in this permit scope of work are a manual system, full notification, HVAC monitoring, and sprinkler system monitoring.
Arts & Science Building (address 5493) An existing Notifier slave panel is being removed from the Arts and Science Building no longer needed due to the FACP replacement in the Lower Building and its network capabilities. Devices included in this permit scope of work are a manual system, full notification, and HVAC monitoring. This building is not sprinklered.

Associated building permit: BLD09-01637 (RIVERSTONE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL - Science Room) Permit is to remodel an existing Pre-K (Daycare) into a new science room. Approval per approved plans on file and plan review reports. Work to include: demolition of existing bathroom fixtures to convert restroom into storage, installation of 3 new sinks, relocation of existing chemical hood, relocating science lab tables (tables have hot/cold water, a waste line, and 4 electrical outlets), installation of chemical storage cabinets, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC.
